Job summary

RGB Recruitment Ltd in Winchester is seeking an experienced Architect for a full-time, permanent position with a salary of £35,000 to £40,000 dependent on experience. You will lead projects through RIBA stages, coordinate with consultants and contractors, and mentor junior team

Qualifications

• ARB registered Architect with at least 5 years' post-qualification experience.
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to lead and deliver projects.
• Excellent construction knowledge, detailing and specification writing.
• Experience coordinating technical information with multidisciplinary teams; BIM experience with Revit advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects through RIBA stages with focus on technical design.
• Produce and coordinate drawings, construction information and specs.
• Manage multiple projects and ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and internal teams.
• Provide technical guidance throughout design and construction.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Contribute to design-stage risk assessments and compliance.
• Utilize Revit and BIM workflows.
