Job summary

RGB Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Architectural Technologist for a full-time, permanent role in Winchester. You will join an established practice delivering high-quality projects across sectors, contributing to technical design and project delivery from concept through to completion.

The ideal candidate has roughly 2-5 years post-qualification experience, strong technical drawing skills, proficiency in Revit, and a solid grasp of Building Regulations.

Qualifications

• This role requires 2–5 years post-qualification experience in an architectural practice.
• Strong technical design skills and a good grasp of Building Regulations.
• Experience producing accurate technical drawings and construction information.

Responsibilities

• Producing detailed technical drawings, construction information and specifications.
• Coordinating information with external consultants and internal teams.
• Supporting projects from concept through to completion across RIBA stages.
• Working with Revit and contributing to BIM processes and digital workflows.
• Ensuring compliance with Building Regulations and statutory requirements.
• Assisting with material selection, specification writing and detailed design.
• Managing workloads across multiple projects.
