Qualifications

• Proven experience within UK architectural practice.
• Strong technical detailing and project delivery skills.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Experience preparing technical drawing packages and specifications.
• Knowledge of UK planning processes, Building Regulations and industry standards.
• The ability to communicate ideas clearly, verbally, visually and in writing.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A practical approach to problem-solving and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate architectural projects through multiple design and delivery stages.
• Support and mentor junior team members, helping to maintain high standards across project work.
• Develop strong client relationships and contribute to the successful delivery of commissions.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across Ridge's multidisciplinary teams.
• Produce high-quality design and technical information using Revit.
• Prepare technical drawing packages, specifications and project documentation.
• Manage planning applications and Building Regulations submissions.
• Undertake site inspections and support projects through the construction phase.
• Apply practical and commercially aware problem-solving skills to meet programme and budget requirements.
