Job summary

Ridge & Partners LLP in the Manchester area is seeking an experienced Structural Revit Technician to join our team. You will take a lead role on BIM compliance, producing drawings and models for diverse UK building projects, and collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure quality, timeliness, and accuracy.

You will also mentor junior staff and help drive the use of BIM processes across the office and wider region, supporting project delivery while maintaining Ridge

Qualifications

ONC or HNC (or equivalent) in Building Structures or Civil Engineering.
Design office experience in similar consultancies.
Experience on UK building projects.
Proficient with Revit Structure and BIM processes.
Experience with structural steel, reinforced concrete, masonry, and timber.

Responsibilities

Lead BIM compliance and BEP review.
Prepare drawings using AutoCAD or Revit and production drawings.
Develop models and GA drawings with the team.
Liaise with architects and engineers to develop deliverables.
Check own work and other team outputs for accuracy.
Ensure QA and document management compliance.
Attend site inspections and meetings.
Negotiate deliverables and monitor progress.
