Job summary

Criterion Capital is seeking an experienced Architect to join our Architectural and Development team in Greater London. You will lead architectural design from early feasibility and concept through planning approval and statutory compliance, ensuring delivery against programme, budget and quality requirements.

The projects span commercial to residential conversions across Greater London. You will coordinate internal and external design teams, chair design meetings and drive planning submissions

Qualifications

Degree-qualified Architect with a recognised qualification.
Strong knowledge of planning, statutory compliance and RIBA Plan of Work.
Experience delivering hospitality, residential or commercial projects.

Responsibilities

Lead architectural design from feasibility through planning approvals.
Coordinate internal and external design teams and consultants.
Chair design team meetings and drive planning submissions.
Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, CDM, BREEAM and sustainability requirements.
Develop Employer’s Requirements and Brand Standards.
Identify design risk and support value engineering.
Collaborate with development, construction and operations teams.
Support technical queries, change control and design validation.
