Criterion Capital is seeking a Planning-focused Development Manager to lead planning and design across complex schemes in central London. Qualifications

Proven experience leading complex planning applications in central London.
Background in planning consultancy or client-side property development.
Experience guiding hospitality, residential, and commercial developments.
Degree in a relevant discipline (Architecture/Engineering/Planning).
Strong knowledge of UK planning processes and development management.
Excellent people, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead complex planning applications within central London locations.
Coordinate Development Management through planning, design and delivery.
