Job summary

CoreWeave is the Essential Cloud for AI, enabling autonomy-focused AI workloads in London and beyond. We are seeking a Principal Architect for Autonomous Vehicles to define the strategic direction and drive the platform forward.

You will own the roadmap for data processing, distributed training, simulation and validation, collaborating with product, research, engineering and commercial teams to deliver scalable, cost-efficient solutions that meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of founding, leading or architecting autonomous vehicle platforms that reached production or commercial deployment.
• Deep understanding of autonomous driving workflows including perception, prediction and planning, and how data, model training, simulation and evaluation support their development.
• Hands-on experience building distributed systems that meet high throughput, latency, reliability and scale requirements.
• Experience designing GPU-based training or simulation platforms with compute, networking and storage understanding.
• Familiarity with fleet data pipelines, sensor simulation, scenario generation and closed-loop testing, including reproducibility and coverage of difficult driving conditions.
• Ability to identify limitations in existing architectures, define practical alternatives and align across engineering, research and product teams.
• Proven ability to connect system architecture with product strategy and business development, engaging with technical leaders and enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overarching product and technical strategy for CoreWeave's autonomous vehicle offering.
• Shape the roadmap across data processing, distributed training, simulation and validation.
• Collaborate with product, research, engineering and commercial teams to translate platform capabilities into deployed solutions.
• Guide strategic customer engagements and reference architectures to drive adoption and growth.
