InterSystems is seeking an Applications Manager to lead the Applications team within the TrakCare implementation program. The role drives successful product delivery, aligns customer requirements with implementation plans, and ensures staffing and skill mix across engagements.

The position requires senior leadership, a track record in healthcare IT deployments, and the ability to coordinate across sales, bids, and project teams. Travel up to 50% and escalation of critical issues are expected.

Responsabilidades

• Provide dynamic leadership to the Applications team across all functions
• Lead adoption of ARIES with AI in implementation of use cases
• Collaborate with PMs to staff project teams and resolve resource priorities
• Act as SME for TrakCare implementations and advise clients’ teams
• Prepare delivery input to bids and map client requirements to product features
• Deliver training, product demonstrations and workshops as required
