MDE UK is recruiting a Lead Applications Engineer (PLC / Controls / Drives) to advance technical expertise within Industry 4.0 projects. The role blends office and home-based work with occasional travel to customer sites, offering a clear path to specialist and management progression while delivering state-of-the-art automation solutions.

The successful candidate will have a background in Mechatronics, Drives or Controls, and a passion to deepen technical capability through structured training,

• Office and Home based with occasional travel to meet customers.

£45,000 - £70,000 + £6,000 Car Allowance + 10% Profit Bonus + 33 Days Holiday + Expert Industry 4.0 training + Career Progression Plans (Management or Task Expert) + Hybrid + 3x Life Insurance

Hybrid, Commutable from Telford, Shrewsbury, Newport, Wolverhampton, Walsall, Stafford, Stoke-on-Trent, Cannock, Bridgnorth, Walsall, Dudley and surrounding areas.
