MDE UK is recruiting a Lead Applications Engineer (PLC / Controls / Drives) to advance technical expertise within Industry 4.0 projects. The role blends office and home-based work with occasional travel to customer sites, offering a clear path to specialist and management progression while delivering state-of-the-art automation solutions.

The successful candidate will have a background in Mechatronics, Drives or Controls, and a passion to deepen technical capability through structured training,

Qualifications

• Mechatronic, Drives or Controls background.
• Looking to further technically and progress your career.

Responsibilities

• Liaising directly with Technical Sales Manager’s and bridging the gap between sales and projects.
• Office and Home based with occasional travel to meet customers.
• 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday with flexibility in hours.
