Job summary

AS Watson is seeking a Digital Analytics Team Leader to drive BI and reporting, delivering trusted insights that improve acquisition, conversion, retention and lifetime value. You will lead analytics adoption, build scalable reporting solutions and generate customer insights that shape business decisions across the organisation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in digital analytics, customer insight or business intelligence within ecommerce/retail.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of customer behaviour and journey.
• Proven ability to translate data into clear, actionable stories that drive action.
• Experience leading teams and managing reporting/insight capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead BI and reporting capabilities to deliver data-driven insights and growth opportunities.
• Embed self-service analytics and champion adoption across the organisation.
• Ensure accuracy, governance and consistency of reporting and analytics.
• Identify opportunities through customer and market intelligence to shape priorities.
• Drive improvements in analytics through automation and innovation.
• Lead and develop high-performing analytics teams.
