Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python is a must.
• Data Pipelining & Modelling: proven experience building analytics pipelines and data models.
• Orchestration Mastery: hands-on with orchestration tools like Airflow.
• Project Leadership: strong project management and communication skills.
• Impactful storytelling: translate data insights into actionable narratives.
• Python Development: build practical solutions using Python.
• Stakeholder empathy: understand and solve stakeholder problems.
• BI Tooling: drive best practices with Looker or Superset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Analysts to establish best practices in data infrastructure, monitoring, testing and modelling.
• Own and drive the data infrastructure roadmap for the assigned tribe.
• Build and maintain core datasets ensuring data quality and accessibility.
• Advocate new tooling such as dbt and AI apps across the org.
• Assess and implement data modelling best practices within the squad.
