Job summary

Analytics Engineering Lead will set the gold standard for data practices, architect scalable data systems, and bridge business goals with technical reality. You will drive standards and collaborate cross-functionally to shape the Analytics Engineering Roadmap.

Qualifications

• Expert-level proficiency in SQL and dbt.
• Mastery of dimensional data modelling.
• Ability to drive adoption of new standards, patterns, and tools across teams.
• Exceptional communication skills with non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management experience in cross-functional environments.
• End-to-end understanding of data lifecycle from ingestion to consumption.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce engineering best practices across the data organisation (CI/CD, modularity).
• Develop advanced modelling solutions for complex scenarios.
• Research and implement modern data stack tooling.
• Own long-term vision for data modelling and data governance frameworks.
• Lead GDPR-related incident response and governance.
