Kaluza in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager (Data Platform & Analytics Engineering) to lead the Data Platform and Analytics Engineering teams across data ingestion, modeling, and governance. You will partner with Head of Data Science & Products to shape the data architecture for an international platform.

Qualifications

• Strong communicator able to present to technical and non-technical senior stakeholders.
• Proficient in a modern analytics stack: SQL, GitHub, Python, BI tools, and cloud services (AWS/GCP).

Responsibilities

• Lead the Data Platform and Analytics Engineering teams.
• Scope and lead data engineering projects across the platform.
• Drive the design and building of data models and production pipelines.
• Collaborate with data leads to improve cross-team collaboration.
• Own security, risk, compliance, and incidents for the Data Platform.
• Foster Agile delivery and support recruitment.
• Partner with product management to prioritise work based on business impact.
