Job summary

Kaluza is seeking a Pre-Sales Solutions Architect in a hybrid London/Bristol role. You will shape client architecture, lead technical sessions, and guide engagements from discovery through to handoff to implementation.

Expect high impact across commercial and engineering teams in a rapidly evolving energy tech platform. Ideal candidates bring extensive enterprise SaaS experience, outstanding communication, and hands-on architecture skills with AWS, GraphQL, and API integrations.

Qualifications

Enterprise SaaS experience delivering complex enterprise software implementations.
Exceptional communicator able to distill complex concepts for many stakeholders.
Experience building and architecting systems, including AWS, finance and billing platforms, and API technologies such as GraphQL and webhooks.
Customer-centric and data-driven with strong analytical skills.
Agile and autonomous, able to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple workstreams.
Industry experience in regulated energy retail, especially billing, metering and settlements.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery workshops to understand current and target architectures.
Translate requirements into designs that maximise client value and enable implementation.
Design optimal 'to-be' architectures and define integration patterns.
Estimate work packages to set up implementation programs for success.
Collaborate with product/tech to evolve base architectures and support tender responses.
Travel to client sites across the UK and Europe as required.
Bridge market demand with engineering to reflect client needs in the roadmap.
