Job summary

Accord Healthcare Europe is seeking a Group Leader Analytical Development in Harrow, West London to lead a team of Analytical Scientists and Team Leaders. The role focuses on method development, biosimilarity studies, and regulatory submissions with emphasis on Right First Time processes.

You will set technical strategy, oversee analytical experiments, and partner with CROs and Regulatory Affairs while mentoring staff and driving continuous improvement across the function.

Qualifications

• PhD or Masters in biological science or analytical chemistry with extensive relevant biopharma experience.
• Experience in biosimilar development and biological product characterization.
• Strong knowledge of analytical testing techniques and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical development group for method development and transfer.
• Set technical strategy and oversee project execution with CROs and partners.
• Provide SME input in cross-functional reviews and regulatory interactions.
• Ensure GLP/EHS compliance and robust experimental plans.
