Job summary

Marlin Selection Recruitment is seeking an experienced Algorithmic Trader / Market Maker to lead its in-house liquidity provision across tokenised metals within a dynamic digital assets environment. You will own trading strategies, P&L and the execution infrastructure, collaborating with a proprietary desk and specialist engineers.

Qualifications

Experience running algorithmic market-making or arbitrage strategies with live risk and direct P&L responsibility.
Strong Python skills and a proven record of independently building and operating trading systems.
Thorough understanding of order book dynamics, execution and inventory management.

Responsibilities

Develop and run algorithmic arbitrage strategies between tokenised metals and liquid futures.
Provide liquidity in tokenised metals, manage quotes and inventory alongside hedges.
Own strategy P&L, monitor performance and improve execution and risk management.
Manage relationships with external market-making partners and bring capabilities in-house.
Lead trading development of an on-chain RFQ solver with blockchain engineers.
