Job summary

Parker Jones Group Ltd, Head Office role, is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Service Manager to lead and support the AC department. You will manage a small team of engineers, provide technical guidance, plan service and reactive works, and contribute to pricing and small works opportunities.

Working closely with senior management on larger projects, you will help develop solutions, estimate labour, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and profitably from the head office.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in commercial air conditioning service management.
• Experience leading engineers and handling pricing for service and small works.
• Knowledge of AC legislation, regulations and industry requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a small team of AC Engineers.
• Provide technical assistance and diagnose issues.
• Plan and book service, reactive and remedial works.
• Price servicing, reactive works, remedial works and small installations.
• Collaborate with senior management on larger projects, including planning, costing and delivery.
• Liaise with suppliers regarding parts, pricing and lead times.
