Job summary

The University of Cambridge invites applications for a full-time Post-Doctoral Research Associate to lead the design, evaluation and deployment of an AI-powered tutor within the Isaac Science and Ada Computer Science online learning platforms. This fixed-term post is available for 2 years and located in the Department of Computer Science and Technology.

The successful candidate will work with our software engineering and content teams, conduct rigorous evaluations with partner schools,

Qualifications

• Experience in educational technology research or development.
• Experience designing or evaluating digital learning interventions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and evaluation of an AI-powered tutor within Isaac Science and Ada Computer Science platforms.
• Collaborate with software engineering and content teams to prototype AI tutoring solutions.
• Plan and run trials with partner schools and evaluate learning outcomes and user experiences.
• Disseminate findings through publications, conferences and reports.
