Job summary

Accenture UK is seeking a Cloud Platform Engineering Specialist in Leeds to lead the design, build, and operation of enterprise-scale cloud environments. You will drive AI-native platform engineering across Azure, AWS and GCP, and implement scalable IaC, CI/CD, and AIOps practices to deliver high-value data and AI workloads.

The role requires leadership in engineering excellence and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Design and deliver enterprise-scale cloud platforms across Azure/AWS/GCP/Databricks/Snowflake.
• Advanced IaC with AI-assisted governance and generation.
• CI/CD platform design with AI-assisted deployment and test automation.
• AIOps, observability and self-healing platform capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of enterprise-scale cloud platform programmes across multiple clouds.
• Architect AI-ready platform environments for GenAI, ML and agentic workloads.
• Drive automated incident detection, response and self-healing infrastructure.
• Define CI/CD platforms with AI-assisted deployment and testing standards.
• Establish policy-as-code, governance e2e and security scanning.
