Job summary

Accenture UK is seeking a Cloud Platform Engineering Associate Manager to lead enterprise-scale cloud programmes across Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake and more. You will architect AI-ready environments, implement AI-assisted IaC, and drive automation across CI/CD, security and governance.

You will mentor teams, advance AI-augmented delivery, and contribute to reusable platform assets while aligning with FinOps and platform resilience goals.

Qualifications

• Design and deliver enterprise-scale cloud platforms across Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric or Snowflake.
• Advanced IaC skills and AI-assisted IaC governance.
• CI/CD platform design with AI-assisted deployment & test automation.
• AIOps, observability and self-healing platform capabilities.
• Cloud security, networking, IAM and policy-as-code engineering.
• AI-ready platform architecture for GenAI, ML and agentic workloads.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of enterprise-scale cloud platform programmes across multiple cloud providers.
• Architect AI-ready platform environments including compute, networking and security.
• Drive AIOps adoption with intelligent monitoring and automated incident response.
• Lead CI/CD platforms with AI-assisted deployment and testing automation.
• Establish and govern IaC practices at scale with AI-assisted generation and review.
• Oversee platform security, networking and compliance engineering.
• Design for resilience, FinOps and performance optimization with AI telemetry.
• Promote agentic operations patterns and autonomous workflows.
• Mentor engineering teams and contribute to reusable platform assets.
