Job summary

GlobalLogic is seeking a Senior/Lead AI Engineer to own the development of agentic frameworks, evaluation pipelines, and observability tooling for safe, scalable enterprise AI. You will lead architectural directions, mentor engineers, and ship production-grade, LLM-backed applications.

The role requires 5+ years in software engineering, hands-on experience with agentic or LLM-backed systems, and strong Python, observability, and cloud-native skills. Hybrid model offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience delivering production AI systems.
• Experience with agentic frameworks and LLM-based architectures.
• Familiarity with LangGraph and MCP-based orchestration.
• Strong Python development focusing on reliability and testability.
• Experience instrumenting tracing and building CI/CD for LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Architect multi-agent systems for production use.
• Lead evaluation-driven development and pipelines for model quality.
• Improve RAG latency and context/window management.
