Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Lead Consultant in the aerospace and aero engine design space, based in Derby/Bristol, United Kingdom. You will interface with stakeholders, guide technical delivery, and lead a team of engineers across development, production, and service phases.

You will drive design artefacts, mentor engineers, manage priorities, and participate in governance processes to ensure on-time, quality outcomes in a collaborative, diverse environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in turbomachinery components for aero/power.
• Deep understanding of aero engine modules: compressors, turbines, combustion, structures, casings, rotatives, airfoils.

Responsibilities

• Interface with key stakeholders and lead technical delivery across product development, production or after-market stages.
• Lead and develop a team of engineers, drive delivery excellence, ensure outputs meet quality, safety, cost and schedule targets.
• Mentor team members, manage priorities, support governance and enable successful delivery through ownership and continuous improvement.
