Job summary

The University of Winchester is seeking a Senior Admissions Officer to join the Department of Marketing, Communications and Engagement (MCE). You will lead a team of 3 Admissions Officers, ensuring timely, accurate decisions on applications across a portfolio of courses and delivering the agreed offer-making strategy.

You will monitor data closely, using Excel to analyse trends and, where possible, employing a BI tool such as Tableau to support reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a small team of Admissions Officers and coordinating workload.
• Strong data accuracy and numeric confidence for reporting and decision making.
• Proficient use of Excel and familiarity with business intelligence tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of 3 Admissions Officers to deliver offer-making strategy.
• Manage enquiries and applications across a portfolio of courses.
• Ensure processes comply with UKVI, DBS and health requirements, targets and policies.
• Support successful clearing and confirmation activities.
