As a Lead Administrator, you will be responsible for directing and controlling the operational service of the administration function to ensure it provides a cost-effective and high-quality service to the units. You will supervise the reception, secretarial, medical records, and other administration areas, while also managing staff, budgets, and quality.
The Lead Administrator role involves supervising the reception service, ensuring a high-quality customer-focused service, supervising the secretarial service, monitoring and reviewing the quality of service delivery, controlling the department's expenditure, and managing internal and external postal systems. The successful candidate will have secretarial and/or HR administration experience, NVQ III in Business Administration, strong communication and IT skills, and supervisory experience.
