MuleSoft is seeking a motivated Solutions Engineer to join our talented and collaborative Pre-Sales team. As a Solution Engineer, you will act as a trusted advisor to prospective customers, demonstrating how MuleSoft’s Integration & Hyper-automation Platform can modernize IT and foster innovation. You will work closely with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle to assess customer requirements, competition, decision-making processes, and funding. Building strong relationships with clients' IT staff and C-Level executives, you'll leverage your technical expertise to align technical needs with business outcomes.
Within 3 months: Become MuleSoft Developer certified, complete SE training, develop architecture skills, shadow customer calls.
Within 12 months: Close deals, own technical sales for opportunities, become fully certified, deliver tailored presentations, develop PoCs, collaborate on account planning, and support marketing activities.
