Job summary

Cooneen Group in Fivemiletown is seeking a Lead Account Manager to head the Contract and Account Management Team, delivering sales growth and margin across existing contracts. You will oversee Account Managers and Account Coordinators to meet KPIs and retain contracts, while building strong customer relationships.

The role requires extensive account management and team leadership experience, with a focus on value engineering, cross-selling, and cost efficiencies to maximise account value.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management within a business-to-business environment, including people management responsibility.
• Demonstrable team management experience.
• Proficient in the full Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to review and analyse reports for forecasting and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Account Managers and Account Coordinators to achieve business and customer objectives.
• Deliver sales and gross margin targets across existing contracts and accounts.
• Promote Cooneen values and lead the commercial team by example.
• Maximise contribution and minimise risk within your business area.
• Build relationships with key customer decision-makers and support the Account Team to do the same.
• Ensure contractual requirements, SLAs and KPIs are delivered across assigned contracts.
