You will lead academic training placements across Histopathology, Clinical Radiology, Medical Microbiology, Infectious Diseases and Haematology, overseeing supervision and progression of residents.

The post reports to the Academic Training Programme Director and Deputy Dean, with a focus on improving supervision and assessment within NIHR IAT.

Responsibilities

• Oversee academic training placements and monitor progression within Diagnostics and Digital themes.
• Improve academic supervision and the assessment experience for residents.
• Ensure effective processes support academic progression in NIHR IAT programmes.
