You will shape culture, recruit and develop a high-performing team, and build strong relationships with residents, families and the local community to establish a trusted, high-quality service.

The role offers a base salary up to £65,000 with a performance bonus of up to 40% and private medical insurance, within Care Concern Group’s expanding Perth and Scotland

• Lead the commissioning phase into an established care home by shaping culture and building a strong team.
• Develop relationships with residents, families and the Perth community to grow occupancy and reputation.
• Ensure high-quality residential, nursing and dementia care while driving commercial performance.
