Job summary

Care Concern Group in Perth is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our Kingfisher House Care Home. The role focuses on delivering person-centred care, including personal support, mobility assistance, nutrition and emotional well-being. You will work within a supportive team to ensure dignity and comfort for residents.

Open to those new to care or with experience; full training and ongoing development are provided to help you grow in a caring, rewarding environment.

Qualifications

• Caring, compassionate and respectful approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous experience in care is beneficial but not essential.
• SVQ Level 2 desirable or willingness to work towards.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional support to residents.
• Follow care plans and monitor changes in condition to ensure safe care.
• Create a warm, supportive environment as part of a team.
• Open to both experienced carers and newcomers with training and development.
