• Housekeeping experience and team leadership abilities.
• Organised with Health & Safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Manage the housekeeping rota and daily schedules.
• Lead by example and support the team.
• Oversee laundry for personal and shared items.
• Order cleaning products and supplies.
• Follow infection control procedures and COSHH guidelines.
• Keep records and complete cleaning checks.
• Ensure a safe environment and resident wellbeing.
• Attend safeguarding training and report concerns.
