Job summary

Columbia Threadneedle Investments is seeking an Associate Client Manager for the UK & Irish LDI Client Management team. You will deliver exceptional service to a portfolio of institutional pension scheme clients and support onboarding, reporting and ongoing relationship management.

Working with Client Managers, Relationship Managers and Operations, you’ll coordinate client instructions, maintain audit trails and help ensure regulatory and internal standards are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in institutional asset management, pensions or client servicing.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficient with MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for UK/Irish LDI clients, supported by senior team members.
• Draft and coordinate client instructions, cash movements and mandate changes.
• Support onboarding, reporting cycles and client documentation.
• Provide cover for Client Manager activities and collaborate across teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve servicing processes and controls.
