Job summary

Columbia Threadneedle Investments in the UK seeks an Associate Client Manager to support a portfolio of UK & Irish LDI clients, delivering exceptional service and ensuring regulatory and internal standards are met.

You will work closely with Client Managers, Portfolio Managers and operations, contributing to onboarding, client reporting, mandate changes and efficiency improvements while maintaining accurate records and delivering a high standard of client experience.

Qualifications

Experience in institutional asset management, pensions or client servicing.
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication and attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Act as a primary point of contact for UK & Irish LDI clients with support from senior team members.
Assist onboarding, cash and collateral management, mandate changes and client reporting.
Coordinate with Portfolio Managers, Trading and Operations to execute client requests.
Maintain audit trails and ensure compliance with internal policies and client agreements.
Provide cover for Client Manager activities and support broader team collaboration.
