Job summary

Columbia Threadneedle Investments is looking for an Associate Client Manager in the UK, focusing on a portfolio of UK and Irish LDI pension clients. You will support onboarding, cash and collateral movements, and mandate changes, collaborating with Client Managers, Relationship Managers and operations to ensure accurate, timely service.

Qualifications

• Experience in institutional asset management, pensions or client servicing.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for a portfolio of UK and Irish LDI clients, with support from senior members of the team where appropriate.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with clients, investment consultants and internal stakeholders.
• Respond to client queries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a high standard of client experience.
• Participate in client meetings, trustee meetings and service review meetings where appropriate.
• Support the preparation of meeting materials, presentations and follow‑up actions.
