Are you a confident, skilled, and professional Vehicle Technician looking to advance your career? We’re seeking a dedicated individual to join ourNormantonteam in afull-time, permanentrole. With 45 working hours per week, this is your chance to make a real impact!
What You’ll Do:As a Vehicle Technician, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and repairing a variety of vehicles, using diagnostic equipment and preparing vehicles for MOT tests. Your responsibilities include:

  • Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on all vehicle types.
  • Diagnosing and rectifying mechanical and electrical faults.
  • Preparing vehicles for MOT tests and ensuring top standards.
  • Attending on-site breakdowns and providing fault diagnosis and rectification.
  • Using handheld tablets to log work, allocate parts, and maintain records.
  • Managing parts requirements and optimising stock levels.
  • Supporting other business areas as needed.
  • Adhering to health and safety policies while maintaining professionalism.
What We’re Looking For:To excel in this role, you should have:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experienceas a Vehicle Technician.
  • AnNVQ Level 3 qualificationin Light Vehicle Mechanics, Maintenance, and Repair.
  • Proven expertise in diagnostics, repairs, and fault finding.
  • Afull, clean driving licence.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks under pressure.
