Octane Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled LCV Technician for a Glasgow-based role. You will service and maintain vehicles, diagnose electrical, mechanical and hydraulic faults, and perform brand-compliant warranty work as required.

The position offers a salary up to £46,000 plus bonus and overtime, with a Mon-Fri 8:30am–5pm schedule and Saturdays on a rota. Previous main dealer experience is preferred, and a full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualificações

• Experience diagnosing electrical, mechanical and hydraulic faults in vehicles.
• Ability to carry out servicing and maintenance tasks to a high standard.
• Familiar with warranty-quoted work within brand parameters.

LCV Technician Role:

• Carry out servicing and maintenance of all vehicles
• Electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic fault diagnosis and repair, this work may include warranty approved work in line with our brand parameters
• Department of Transport (MOT) testing duties (if qualified)

LCV Technician Requirements:

• Full UK driving license
• NVQ, IMI, City & Guilds or Mechanical Engineering level 3 (or equivalent). We will also consider a level 2 if you have main dealership experience
• MOT license would be beneficial but not essential
