Job summary

Auto Skills UK in Oldbury, West Midlands is seeking an experienced LCV Technician to join a modern fleet workshop. You will service, maintain and repair vans, diagnose faults and carry out health checks.

The role is Monday to Friday, 07:00-16:00, with a £1,500 joining bonus, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and birthday off, a strong pension, private GP, cycle to work scheme and structured progression to Master Technician.

Qualifications

• Level 3 NVQ / City & Guilds in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent experience).
• Previous experience as an LCV Technician, Van Mechanic or Commercial Vehicle Technician.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair a modern fleet of vans and light commercial vehicles.
• Diagnose and fix mechanical and electrical faults.
• Carry out vehicle inspections, health checks and preventative maintenance.
• Complete job cards and workshop records accurately.

We have a vacancy for an experienced LCV Technician / Van Technician to join a modern commercial vehicle fleet workshop in Oldbury.

LCV Technician Shift Pattern

07:00 - 16:00

Monday to Friday, no weekends

LCV Technician Salary = Competitive + Overtime at Enhanced Rates + £1,500 Joining Bonus

The LCV Technician Role

LCV Technician Requirements
