Qualifications

• Minimum of a B.A./B.S. in Education with Illinois LBS1 teaching license or endorsement.
• Experience working with students with learning disabilities required.
• Masters degree in education and special education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students.
• Conduct and analyze assessments to inform instructional programming.
• Design and implement targeted instructional and behavioral objectives.

Skills

Experience working with students with learning disabilities

Strong background in reading, writing, and math

Ability to differentiate instruction

Ability to conduct assessments and develop IEPs

Education
