Job summary

Framestore Limited is seeking layout artists in London to contribute to CG camera animation and shot pre-visualisation. You will work on staging, blocking, and cinematography concepts to provide a solid foundation for downstream CG work, collaborating with senior teams and managing tight turnarounds.

Ideal candidates possess strong Maya skills, knowledge of the VFX pipeline, and experience with previs/pose blocking.

Qualifications

• Maya proficiency with strong problem solving and knowledge of the visual effects pipeline.
• Experience with cinematography concepts in a virtual environment and shot composition.
• Experience aligning previs to storyboard references and ensuring continuity.

Responsibilities

• Camera/assets staging and blocking for shots.
• Overseeing Previs and Postvis ingestion processes.
• Setup and maintenance of Conforms.
• Maintain shot content for animation.
