An international law firm in London is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join its Corporate team. The role involves advising global corporations and financial institutions on cross-border transactions, with exposure to multi-jurisdictional matters within a collaborative global practice.

The successful candidate will work on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, financings and reorganisations, building client relationships and contributing to business development and knowledge

The successful candidate will join a market-leading Corporate team advising global corporations, financial institutions, investment fund managers and other international clients on a broad range of cross-border corporate transactions. Working as part of a collaborative global practice, you will gain exposure to sophisticated multi-jurisdictional matters and high-profile international transactions.

The role involves advising on corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, series financings and corporate reorganisations, while supporting complex matters from inception through to completion. The successful candidate will build and develop client relationships, contribute to business development and knowledge sharing initiatives, and deliver legal advice across a broad range of corporate matters.
