The role involves managing a varied caseload of Private Client matters including wills, estate planning, probate, LPA, trusts and Court of Protection, with hybrid working available.

• Manage your own varied caseload of Private Client matters from start to completion.
• Provide professional support to existing clients whilst supporting with the business development of new clients for the team.
• Ensuring files are managed in line with regulatory requirements and maintaining accurate records whilst meeting deadlines.

The Role

• Manage your own varied caseload of Private Client matters from start to completion. This will involve wills and estate planning, probate and estate administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts and Court of Protection matters.
• Provide professional support to existing clients whist supporting with the business development of new clients for the team.
• Ensuring files are managed in line with regulatory requirements and maintaining accurate records whilst meeting deadlines.
