Job summary

Professional Personnel Management Ltd is recruiting for Grounds Maintenance Operatives in the Rugby area (CV21 2NP). This role is with one of the UK's leading landscape/grounds maintenance companies.

You'll perform grass cutting, lawn maintenance, litter picking, strimming, edging, hedge cutting and weed control, using mowers and powered tools, plus other landscape labour as directed by the supervisor. Immediate start; permanent roles after a probation period.

Qualifications

• Experience in grounds maintenance or related outdoor work.
• Ability to perform physical labour outdoors in all weather.
• Valid driving license and reliable transport preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grass cutting and lawn maintenance.
• Litter picking and general site cleaning.
• Strimming, edging and hedge cutting.
• Weed control and use of mowers and powered tools.
• Carry out other landscape labour duties as directed by supervisor.
