Job summary

Manpower is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative for our client in High Wycombe. The role involves mowing (ride-on and pedestrian), strimming, pruning, weeding and general grounds upkeep on multiple sites.

The position is a temporary-to-permanent contract with hours Monday to Friday, 7:00-16:30, and a starting hourly rate of £12.71. A full UK driving licence is essential and PA licences are a plus. Apply to join a leading grounds maintenance provider in the UK.

Qualifications

• Previous grounds maintenance working experience.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Reliable with a can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset.
• PA1 and PA6 licences are an advantage but not essential

Responsibilities

• Grass cutting with ride on and pedestrian mower.
• Shrub and border maintenance, pruning and weeding.
• Litter picking and related horticultural duties.
