Job summary

MSA Safety is seeking a Service Centre Operative to support the laundry service center operations, handling garments from preparation through packing and dispatch. The role requires accurate SAP documentation, attention to quality, and flexibility to assist across tasks.

A valid driving license may be required for deliveries or collections to customer sites. Strong PC skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities.
• Strong communication within peer group.
• Confident using a PC.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, check, and sort customer items with accurate tagging and documentation in SAP.
• Operate washing and drying machinery safely with correct program settings.
• Check items for quality and document defects in SAP.
• Pack, label, and dispatch orders with proper paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records at all stages of the process.
• Possible deliveries/collections by vehicle for license holders.
