The Dorchester Hotel, part of the Dorchester Collection, is seeking a Laundry Attendant to sustain a high-standard laundry operation and support guest and colleague needs. You will contribute to the hotel’s 5-star service ethos and be part of a passionate team dedicated to excellence in craft and hospitality.

What you’ll do

As Laundry Attendant, you’ll love what you do and take pride in taking care of our guests:

• You will maintain a clean & efficient "5 star" Laundry service to attain the highest hotel & departmental standards & maximise business profit
• You will provide a professional laundry, pressing, and dry cleaning services to hotel guest & colleagues to consistently meet & exceed expectations
• You will act as a team player & provide effective day to day communication with colleagues & guests
