The Laundry Assistant role at NHS Highland is based in the Laundry Department on the Raigmore Site. You will provide a high-quality linen service supporting patient care across NHS Highland sites, including handling patient clothing and theatre wear and assisting with staff uniform issuance.
Flexibility to cover early mornings, evenings and weekends is required, with core hours typically 8am-4pm, and alternate shifts between 6am and 5pm will be considered.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Laundry Assistant to join our dedicated Facilities Team. These individuals will be based in the Laundry Department on the Raigmore Site. The laundry Assistant will provide a high-quality service, adhering to Health & Safety protocols while efficiently managing linen flow to support patient care across all NHS Highland sites, also patient clothing and theatre wear. The Laundry Assistant will assist in the issuing of staff uniforms.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends, however, core hours are typically 8am-4pm Monday to Friday. Alternate shifts between 6am - 5pm will be considered.
