Lloyd Recruitment Services is seeking a Trainee Sales and Letting Agent Administrator to join a friendly and professional estate agency in East Grinstead. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity with training and support while gaining experience across residential sales, lettings, customer service, property marketing and general office administration.

Salary £25K DOE, full-time permanent position with full training and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration or customer service.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Confident written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional and friendly telephone manner.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Interest in a career in property industry.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administration of residential sales and lettings.
• Handle inbound enquiries and provide a professional first contact.
• Arrange viewings, valuations and appointments.
• Assist with property viewings and provide feedback.
• Prepare and update property particulars and online listings.
• Support lettings administration including referencing and compliance checks.
• Assist with sales progression and record offers.
• Register applicants and match with suitable properties.
• Maintain CRM systems and property records.
• Follow up enquiries and viewing feedback.
• Support property marketing, social media and general office projects.
