Job summary

Teaching Personnel is seeking Early Career Teachers for primary schools in the S12 area of Sheffield. Roles range from daily supply to longer-term positions to support ECT induction. Various EYFS, KS1 and KS2 settings available.

Start date September 2026, pay £120-£170 per day depending on experience. Opportunities for ongoing CPD and dedicated consultant support throughout your ECT journey.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or due to achieve QTS before September.
• Passion for primary education and helping children succeed.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Flexible, positive and proactive attitude.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and creative lessons that inspire young learners.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all pupils.
