Job summary

Protocol Education Limited is helping to place Early Career Teachers across Bath, Radstock, Midsomer Norton and surrounding areas. This role offers long-term and permanent opportunities starting this November for newly qualified teachers in EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

The candidate will plan and deliver lessons, support development, and build strong relationships within a supportive school community. DBS required or in process, with ongoing consultant support throughout the search.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or expected QTS completion.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• A positive, proactive and professional attitude.
• Commitment to high-quality, inclusive teaching and learning.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire a love of learning.
• Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Assess progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs.
