Job summary

BDO is recruiting for its Audit Graduate Programme based in Birmingham. You’ll start with a structured three-year ACA pathway, working on real client audits and developing technical and commercial skills from day one.

You’ll learn from experienced colleagues, gain exposure across sectors, and progress toward a permanent role. Entry requirements include a 2:2 degree, A‑levels, GCSEs, and the right to work in the UK; closing date 15 November 2026.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:2 degree in any discipline.
• Three A-levels (or equivalent) at A*-C) - UCAS points not used, evidence required.
• GCSEs at grade 4+ in Maths and English; evidence may be requested.
• Commitment to balance study and professional work.
• Right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship not provided.
